  Great friendly staff (on the floor in IT) who have good technical knowledge. Have bought many items here including a high end laptop and always enjoy going back. Got a good price on my new Lenovo and always are prepared to offer a deal.

  One bad sales person can really ruin a place. When someone expresses surprise at a products performance and then tells you they won't accept the return because the sealed packaging broken... he says " what can i do with this i can't sell it ill have to throw it away" well yeah that's what you do with defective products. Finally agreed to an exchange but can't open any packaging and tries to sell the most expensive option.
