  A total waste of time!! When making the appointment it was confirmed that the product I was after is available at the Myer centre store. I received a call to reschedule my appointment which suited me. once again I asked about the product and was told they can provide this product and service. During my consultation I was being sold on EVERYTHING but what I was looking for. In the end I did receive a quote and then was told by the girl on reception that they couldn't order it in & therefore couldn't help. Why couldn't they tell me this from the beginning?!! Very misleading which makes me question their authenticity and professionalism.
